How the fees for the dedicated line is calculated.

1. Technical availability
   In order for you to have access to the Internet, we need to establish a dedicated digital data-transmission line, which will connect your office with Web Plus. First, we need to determine whether it is technically possible and what the cost be will be.
   
2. Connection speed
   How many computers in your LAN will have access to the Internet? How much information are you planning to download or upload? Depending on your needs, we will choose the optimal guaranteed access speed, which will also affect the service fee.
   
3. Bandwidth
   Bandwidth is calculated in gigabytes of traffic. How much bandwidth will your office consume? Bandwidth is another factor contributing to the package fee.
   
4. Consumer equipment
   You will need a piece of equipment called a router, which will route packets to and from the Internet. You'll need to determine what kind of router you need and who is going to deliver it and set it up.
   
5. Contract
   Contracts are individually determined for each client. Our company's experience and technical possibilities allow us to tailor contracts to suit your own needs. We guarantee that you will receive the solution that will suit the particular needs of your business. The total cost of the subscription will vary depending on the terms and conditions stated in the contract.

• An intelligent mailbox (selection of a convenient name in the domain of @mail.wplus.net or @sp.ru, temporary redirection of messages to another address, using of the filters).
• WWW-interface for working with e-mail.
• Allocation of a virtual www-server or a personal page having a total size of up to 3 Mb.
• Registration of one domain in the zone of sp.ru and one mail address in the form of IVAN.PETROV@sp.ru.
• Twenty-four-hour support over the phone or electronic mail.
