Users registered with EPC can pay for Web Plus services via the Electronic Payment Centre.
The electronic payment system (EPC) is designed so that payments for services could be preformed via Internet. If you are a Web Plus customer, it will enable you to pay for our services just staying at home.
In order to use the electronic payment system, you should do the following:
- Come to our office located at 29 Kolomenskaya ul. having your credit card along with you.
- Enter into a collateral agreement in respect of the existing agreement.
- Obtain identification parameters providing an access to the system.
We will provide the security of your monetary transactions, as the number of your credit card will not be transferred via Internet. For payments, we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card, ICB, American Express.

1. From a mobile phone
By means of the screen menu, type *103# and press the call button of your phone.
In the menu appearing, select 2 Telecom, Web Plus, sequentially specify the required payment parameters, confirm the correctness of all the values you typed. 1-2 minutes later, you will receive an SMS-message about passing of your payment.
